And the reason is, ionospheric heaters are NOT capable of these. Come on, it's simple, do the equations! EVEN if you switch to pure optics, you'll see the 'magic image' of a plane would not resolve, voices would not resolve, and natural force affects are extremely! light... not enough power, wrong freq., etc.

Arecibo also has transmitters. The HAARP patents (and similar) disagrees with you. The line about proponents are just plain wrong. Earthquakes has electrical interactions. EM waves does indeed interact with the body, as it operates on electricity; electro-chemistry and the likes.
Any charge that moves will cause EMF, any EMF will move charges - large or small, it can be scaled by orders of magnitude.
