  • Cool moire effect, but here's another interesting thing I noticed about it. If you watch it play normally, it looks like the front disk is spinning, and the one behind it is motionless. If you scrub back and forth through the video, though, it looks like the back disk is moving and the front one is stationery! Try it! Weird, huh?

    Naturally, the back disk must be moving, but very slowly, and when scrubbing you must get a stroboscopic effect on the front one like wagon wheels in old movies.
