On behalf of the associates at this Walmart I'd like to thank these occupiers for causing more work and chaos for us. It's bad enough that we have to control the regular customers who shopped on Black Friday, but also clean up after the half-ass protest these people thought would make a difference. Thanks for not allowing us to spend time with our families because we had to work even later to clean up the mess you left. :)
@SnowAngelGirl73 I thin, if you shut your television off, and actually went down to an occupation and spoke with the folks there you'd realize how stupid your comment is. And how stupid you are for allowing your opinions to be formed for you.
@irr3v As soon as the Occupy movement realizes that the planet is controlled by one central bank it doesn't matter how many protests happen. They control the economy, do your research on the Bilderberg group, and the Council on Foreign Relations and who the members are. You will be mad I guarantee you. Democrats and Republicans are all members and they are puppets of the Bilderbergs. This is what is really going on. If your movement upsets them they can throw the economy any way they like, Truth
@irr3v The occupation won't work and I don't care how much noise it makes. The Federal government is controlled by the Federal Reserve Bank which is not "Federal" at all. The Federal Reserve is owned privately by multiple International bankers. They are controlled by the Builderberg Group who flys under the radar as the Council on Foreign Relations. These are the people that control gas, oil, interest rates etc. This has been going on forever, look it up. Protests don't work, your out numbered.
@irrv3v So your upset because....??? What about the small business owners in New York that couldn't do business because the street was clogged with occupiers and those that came into their store only wanted to use the restroom. How do you think they feel??? They were loosing their business's because of the occupation. I have walked into a few of these occupations and asked "Whats Going on?" it's a loaded question and I received the dumbest answers. #1 " I saw a bunch of people here"
There are people that need jobs were I live. Teach me how to make all that crap. 'll do it for penny's a day, cause a few penny's is better than no penny's i wish they would realize people here would work...
Want to have fun at Wal-Mart? Get a small notepad and write "We need a union! Working conditions are unfair!" on each page, then bring them into the store and slip them into any large boxes or into the pockets of clothing, etc... Wal-Mart has a rapid response anti union team complete with company psychologist standing by!
Yet another example of the low life miscreants OWS are. They seem to not understand the elementary grade level concept that retail employees work for companies that sell stuff. Therefore, the businesses will want to make as much money as they can the one day of the year that will bring in the most money. They can't make as much the rest of the year because Obama has almost destroyed the private sector economy. These OWS idiots don't occupy jobs themselves, they are too lazy.
How can you say that the condition of our private sector is more that fault of obama than it is walmart? And further where do you get off insulting people just for maintaining a different political perspective than your own?
This is real political action and is anything but lazy. Easy to shit on passionate people from a keyboard. Head out to your local occupy and try having a conversation.
For the record I work full time and spend most my nights at occupy oakland.
And let me add, I hated tea party politics but nothing made me happier than seeing people expressing their political beliefs. Why cant you extent the same courtesy ?
if they dont feel that walmart treating them right, they can leave simple as that. people dont need to do what these people are doing, go work somewhere else then and let someone thats willing to work for 8 dollars work there
Good for the protesters. Democracy is not a spectator sport. How ironic that the tools who defend Mall-Wart are the same people who keep Americans poor by celebrating offshored factories to Mexico and China. OWS and their affiliates are the REAL American patriots.
Walmart is open on Christmas day also. Walmart is probably one of the most Godless corporations. They dirve all the textile jobs to Mexico & China, then drive the prices down so no one else can compete, while still paying $8.00 an hour. Then when the economy goes to shit, they step up like there some exclusive shopping center, just like Mcdonalds is doing. They knew all along that the economy was going to shit. Why? because they were the architects of it.
@OrionHeights167 Sorry to inform you, but your information on Wal-Mart being open on Christmas day is wrong. That happens to be the only day of the year that they actually are closed.
Simple minded walmart folks, go home and watch some more football. And don't forget to stop at the dollar tree, and buy an american eagle made of plastic from china.
I work at Walmart! I get paid way more than I would anywhere else. Without Walmart millions of people wouldn't have jobs. And you say we are overworked and under paid but you guys coming in and shopping then leaving your baskets make us work harder for no reason! And Walmart just isn't for poor people lots of people shop at Walmart, from rich to not so rich. These people know they shop at Walmart all the time and shouldn't be protesting, because what other store is open 24 hours...EXACTLY!
Glad you guys later got arrested in Del City....it's our right to buy cheaper things if we so choose. If we wanted to buy higher-priced local, we would have done it already.
@jth54321 You buy products made by oppressed child labor in communist china. You support communists. I though right-wingers didn't like communist oppression. I guess I was wrong.
@LY8Ze7xK Good, let the corporate-owned prosecutors prosecute. See how well that stops it. Let the corporate whores see who we are. See if that will make a dent in us.
