Now, I know a lot of things that before I didn't: Eat 5 times a week (try 2800 or 3000cals per day), the most important is the breakfast (rich in proteins and carbs), before the gym eat a lot of carbs, in the last meal of the day do not eat carbs, only prots and vegetables. You must rest at least 1 day for each muscle, don't train more than 3 or 4 times/week, do not train more than 45 mins/workout.... good luck!
