Maintain a healthy diet, 3-6 meals a day not HUGE meals just regular meals, with LOTS of protein and carbs. thats all you don't need protein, creatine, omega 3, all that is in food

  • NesBlu: Long time ago, I used to gain 1pound a month or less. Now, I know a lot of things that before I didn't: Eat 5 times a week (try 2800 or 3000cals per day), the most important is the breakfast (rich in proteins and carbs), before the gym eat a lot of carbs, in the last meal of the day do not eat carbs, only prots and vegetables. You must rest at least 1 day for each muscle, don't train more than 3 or 4 times/week, do not train more than 45 mins/workout.... good luck!

  • @apou01 AYAYAYA. Thanks Buddy. Well i have a lot to say to help you. First of all is eat 5-6 TIMES a day and you can go to the gym/workout 4 times a week for about 1 hour. Hope this helps. If you have any question feel free to ask me again. I do everything by the way, Bench, Squats, Triceps, shoulders etc. a lot to mention.
