  • Hi. I've tried the cod liver oil but the taste makes me gag. Do you know if there are any more mild varieties or more mild alternatives I could try.

  • Holla! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some super things about it and my work buddy got great 6 pack abs and lost a lot of fat with it.

  • You may have answered this before but i just discovered your videos this evening. Quick question - what sort of water do you drink? (tap,distilled, spring, reverse osmosis)

  • Why so much fat? Check this out, my students average about 800-1200 calories from fat per day. I consumed over 800 calories from fish oil alone per day and lost 3 inches off of my waist in 4 weeks. Here's the deal - using calories is not a very useful predictor of body transformation. Why? The erroneous assumption made when going by calories is that all of the fat that you eat is being used or stored as energy.

Thomas I am sick and tired of being sick and tired. I am 186 5 4" and my goal weight is 135, I have done one diet in my entire life lost 26 lbs but gained it all back, now I am sooo ready after figuring out just what I want besides losing lbs. to look good in clothes!

  • cage free means they have bigger cages, you know that right thomas ? free range and organic is the ones living outside

  • people dont eat fish oil. get some spurilina (blue green algae powder). thats where the fish get their omega 3's from. so when you take fish oil tablets you just get the left over omega 3's AND you get the mercury from the fish

  • im morbidly obese and have started my journey 2 months ago (lost 30 lbs so far) anyways roughly a month ago i got myself some multivitamins with huge dv dose of b12 to boost my metabolism..would it be overkill to also do the cod liver with the multivitamins or should i stick with what i have or switch over to cod liver oil..keep in my im very big not 30 or 50 lbs overweight

  • @bigturbz Dietary fat does not make you fat. Dietary fat makes you feel more full, so you actually eat less calories during the day.

  • @5678MrLee Great question - the answer is there is no real substitute for the fish oil in the context of achieving rapid fat loss. The compound that's in fish oil that we're after is called EPA, and getting in about 7200-10000 mg per day seems to get the best results that we've seen with our students. You can feel safe having coconut oil, but I haven't discovered a substitute for the EPA in fish oil that gets results as quickly.

    where i live unfortunately, cage free eggs are unavailable or when imported very expensive so, does it make a difference if i use non cage free egggs? is it unhealthy/fattening?

  • HEy its carson cod liver oil same as Carson fish oil?

  • They are very similar. In terms of your results, if you're taking more than 3 tablespoons a day, the difference in the omega-3 content isn't significant. The cod liver oil has vitamin D in it and I personally like the taste of it better.

  • @DRsegueta fish oil is better then Cod liver oil. pregnant women should avoid Cod liver oil. (sea cod) Cod liver oil contains mercury which is not good for health. even if its small amount ... mercury is mercury. I recommend only taking 1 or 2 pills if you have to. but instead of Cod liver oil. Take natural fish oil. which contains no mercury (free from it) natural fish oil is great for health.
