I saw this on Netflix, it SUCKED ASS, I still give it a 7/10. The way I see it is like this. It did nothing but rip off The Lion King badly along with other movies and it wasnt really funny, I never got past a chuckle, the "action" was just stupid, and its humor is = to British humor. BUT... the parts and scenes where it wanted to be taken seriously were very good in my opinion, and for some reason I gave a shit about the characters. This has Potential, maby the 2nd film wont be so bad.

@N0nkii hmm....i KINDA agree with you,but i loved the movie ^^/The stampeade scene is kinda similar to TLK,and Tony reminds me of Scar...Wnston reminds  me of Mufasa,Eve reminds me of Sarabi(not really),Kate reminds me of Nala and Humphrey reminds me of Simba.But i did bawl when Mufasa died,and when i saw AAO in theatres,i bawled when kate died/knocked out....and i still do o.o

I thought this movie was awesome! Yes it did have it's flaws, but I was still able to find most of quit enjoyable! And once you watch it a couple times you do learn to get used to the kid aspects. And I'm glad there's going to be a sequel!

The intro was laughably cheesy (in a good way) and during the climax I was able to take this seriously, and for the most part it was worth it. Lilly, a secondary character, is the most attractive animated wolf I've ever seen.

The movie is Okay, but not something you watch with your mates now and again, its more for when your little kids come to stay, Plot is nothing new and is predictable, the animation isn't the best, however the humor in it can make you laugh and the environments do look good. Overall the movie does deserve a strong, 6.5/10

All in all though this was a great movie. Rented it for my younger sister, came in at the "Love Train" scene thought "Wow the music is amazing" Watched it for myself, bought it, and it's just great. The Music is what sold me and I'm excited for the second one to come out in 2013. ^_^

@sistemsylar i get why: the animation is worse than toy story's which is 15 years older. and like i said, the plot is pretty unoriginal. it's just like AntZ where a princess is forced to rely on this worker that has a crush on her and by the end she falls in love with him and they marry although princesses aren't alowed to marry workers.

it's not a GOOD movie, but that doesn't mean you can't like it. after all, some people like justin bieber even though he's not a GOOD artist.
