@bin1127 Just to let you know in case you didn't know, that is not white chocolate poured into the souffle, it is creme anglaise. it's a vanilla sauce and is the base for all great ice creams, and also used as a sauce for desserts of all kinds. Just FYI!
too much white chocolate in the end. but i love all souffles.
