  • I was also a big kid and I was quiet, polite, and easy going, but I was constantly attacked by smaller, weaker students. One day I was being kicked and punched and I snapped and hit the other kid so bad he forgot where he was. The teacher came to class and said, "You attack Big Daddy, you get what you deserve! Case closed!" No one ever bothered me again, thank God!

  • if d skuls wer smart dey wud check der own cameras and it wud b on der, (jus if dey didnt have it on d fone)

  • i know this is not time to joke around but lol pause at 00:24 haha lol

  • @digitalph33rable lol yeah :)

  • I would never have pegged you as an atheist, such a shame. Hope you can cognitively overcome that problem at some point in your life. Good video though.

  • @ReppinTheKing23 haha you make it sound like a mental disease, keep in mind that we are all born atheists and non belivers and that in all cases our beliefs are passed down from my parents and while many do keep those beliefs, others discard them, preferring to search out for answers by themselves. Thanks anyway :)

  • @ReppinTheKing23 you're religious? what a shame i hope you can develop a sense of independence

  • @hutton4059 Na I'm not very religious actually. I'll buck a nigga down if I have to. I don't run around tryna tell people how to live though, its more about spirituality. Theres tons of religions and fucks who worships idols and other false shit. I just pay homage to the Lord broseph. The world is way too vast, complex, and intricate for there not to be a creator. Anyone who isn't a inbred meth-head shit hook could understand.

  • @ReppinTheKing23 funny you say that when the republican party represents americas conservatives

  • @hutton4059 I'm not conservative or republican, so I don't follow what you mean brocachos.

  • @hutton4059 When I say I'll buck a nigga down if I have to, that means anyone from any walk of life. White, black, hispanic, asian, ect. Nigga = person or dude when I say it. Like "oh thats my nigga", doesn't refer to one race.

  • It would great if every woman battered by a bullying man could pick them up and slam 'em

  • Will you idiots who are arguing over religion go somewhere else.. wtf?

  • HA HA HA HA snap hey limpy

  • Bullies need to be stopped straight away. I've been doing taekwondo since I was a little kid and I'd definitely reccomend martial arts to Casey. It's given me a lot of confidence and self respect for myself as well as others.

  • @MexicanBeanSallad

No, Jesus was never proven to exist. But it has never been proven he doesn't exists. The biggest argument with science and religion, you can't disprove something that's based on belief or disbelief rather than logic and facts. Logic only goes so far and there are no facts to be provided to support either side, in this said case. That's why religion is built on faith and belief, it's up to you to decide what you believe. But none the less, the message is still there.

  • Fighting can lead to death, regardless of the attack, body slam or punch. A punch to the temple with enough force can still lead to death. Either or... Self defense isn't the issue here with Casey. He's too big and don't even seem affected, I've seen these kind of one sided fights. This is a matter of tolerance, self-restraint. It's natural for Casey to react the way he did. The fact he took so much abuse before acting is amazing. I wonder what would happen if you antagonize a wild animal?

  • Where are all your videos attacking judaism? If you think all religion is bad, why aren't you attacking the origin of the abrahamic religions? Where is the criticism of Islam? Or does your atheism mean simply mean anti-christian. Your just another European who attacks christianity, but says nothing about judaism or islam. Phony.

  • I tried Jesus' advice of "turning the other cheek," but I learned that the only way to stop a bully is to smack him down.

Shame on you, Jesus! Your advice sucks.

  • @AtheistinFundyLand Jesus is a concept not a real person :)

  • @TheATHEISTNOW Jesus MAY have been a real person. But concept or person, the advice still sucks. ;)

  • @TheATHEISTNOW you're a concept not a real person :)

  • @TheATHEISTNOW Regardless of your beliefs, You cannot disagree Jesus existed, therefore he is no concept.

  • @ClickHere247 actually you can pretty much doubt that Jesus ever existed as the only people that told us he has, have mostly been bible schools and theological historians.... hard not to think "conflict of interest" and "bias material" right there my friend.... the more the facts come to light the more the validity of him ever existing comes under question... as to the alleged miracles, none have ANY basis of proof whatsoever.....

  • @TheATHEISTNOW

Jesus is a person from history. You can find plenty of proofs that there was such person, not only from Bible.

  • @TheATHEISTNOW

I'm a professional historian and it's very likely he existed,

several non biblical Roman sources mention him.

ofcourse the miracles and stuff are probaly false,

but the person most likely existed

  • @Guitarvirtuoso666 Thank you for saying "very likely" what irks me are historical assertions based in absolute certainty. Even if we agreed that he was based on a real person we would still need to contend with the true nature of his character and the alleged acts of grandeur. We have thousands of people purporting to be the son of God every year, with all but a few getting sent off for medical treatment as would Jesus if he lived today.

  • @Guitarvirtuoso666 Jesus may have existed, wouldn't matter, he is not what our culture should portray him as, I am Australian, I am white, he was not born in a 'white coloured' country, (sorry if offending anyone with use of colours I am not racist.) he would be black/brown, therefore the whole entire story or 'tale' as I portray it has been bent. The apostles why are all men? Why not women? Why all WHITE? Why no colour? LOOPHOLES OWN YOU. :)

  • @ClickHere247 Farther Christmas is real aswell :)

  • @TheATHEISTNOW fuck u burn in hell

  • @AtheistinFundyLand

    YES! i love it hahaha

  • @AtheistinFundyLand

Turning the cheek works, however this advice is meant for dealing with other human beings.

Richard Gale is not human, and does not qualify.

With "people" like Richard, the correct way to deal with them is to cripple them.

  • @AtheistinFundyLand

LOL! Would you really follow Jesus' advice of turning the other cheek. He ended up hanging from some two by fours, so probably wasn't the smartest strategy.

  • WHO THE FUCK WAS THE OTHER BULLY IN A WHITE SHIRT?? MAN FUCK HIM! AND THE CAMERA LITTLE TARD TOO! THANK FOR MAKING CASEY FAMOUS BUT STILL FUCK YOU TOO! HIDING YER FACE CAUSE YOU KNOW PEOPLE GOING HATE YOU TO YOUR FACE, ALL OF YOU SHOULD GET SLAM!

  • As long as schools are unable to police the schoolyards then you have no choice but to condone what Casey did

  • exactly man! that little punk ass richard kid is trying to say he got hit first and shit . like ya right buddy shut up ! richards faaggget little friends with the CAMERA ALL READY AND RECORDING are cheering him on.. anyone who thinks casey was wrong at all in anyway are GUARANTEEDD either a bully, or waaas a bully ! go to hell faaagggets .. casey is my hero!

  • @silverhaaaze yes agreed! most bullies would never want want to be shot down like that...

  • refreshing point of view, exceptional presentation. simply smashing.

played the story & your video on the tv for my children.

  • @flyingchihuahua hey thank you muchly, glad it helped :)

  • Stop talking so slow and stating the obvious, and also please stop drinking while talking. Nice IKEA lamp in the background, thumbs up for that.

  • @shrekunior fair enough, was my first vid, the second one was better I think and I'll keep on improving :)

  • r u atheist

  • @TelliTubbiesMerk indeed I am, check out my introduction video on my channel if you'd like to know why :)

  • @TheATHEISTNOW well why dont u believe in god? how else would our universe been created?

  • @TelliTubbiesMerk why do YOU believe is the more relevant question...

  • You look like Michael cole

  • Comment removed

  • I think everyone needs to take a look at this video, I don't think Casey SNAPPED. he delivered the appropriate amount of force which stopped the fight IMMEDIATELY and then he walked away. he didn't keep kicking him while he was down, he didn't torment him, HE WALKED AWAY. that is class. he stopped a situation the only way it could be stopped. because that little piece of crap richard would have kept coming back. casey showed more restraint than most adults would in his situtaion.

  • @sweetbabynrs1 indeed, it was a measured response if anything...

  • When I was 13 I used to be a fat kid like Casey (Until I came down with Crohn's Disease). I had been picked on day after day since about 3rd grade. Finally one day in class, this little a-hole did exactly what that Richard kid pulled. I'd had enough and in front of all of his friends(after he'd punched me several times) I grabbed him and threw him over the teacher's desk. Back then in 96' there were no camera phones. I'm sure if it had happened today instead of 14 years ago, it would be here.

  • @GeneralKenobiSIYE yes same!

  • @ubuntusony i wish he suffered brain damage >.>

  • Watch out fedor and hide overeem cause Casey is coming!

    casey "bullykiller" heynes!

  • At 9 y.o., I did what Casey did, when I had ENOUGH from my older & bigger tormentor. The last straw was him thowing my bike down a hill. I lost my mind & kick his ASS! That moment changed my life. Word got around & I was never picked on again for the rest of my school life & did well in school (in part) because of my superconfidence.

  • @ThatguyNice well done!!!

  • @TheATHEISTNOW It's funny how I never really thought about how that single moment changed my self-perception during those important years, until this discussion. But, you are correct. Had I not stood up for myself, I would have continued to be a target & allowed others to do evil. But, kids knew not to mess with me & I never bullied anyone; thus focusing on positive childhood/school experiences. I suspect Casey's life will be better, also.

  • @ThatguyNice a single moment in life like that when you are kid can change everything.....

  • It's a case of lack of nurturing and education. And too much egoistical influence in society. Leading to poverty and indecent parents. People want this because they think they need it to feel good. The world doesn't end when we die. It goes on and we should care a little more about the future. Education, science and more sympathetic and rational society is what we need.

  • @SaerdnaOoOoo while I agree that those things do apply, they only only make up part of the problem... a another problem is people having children that simply should not...

  • It doesn't surprise me that the father comes off as slightly unintelligent and has had marriage problems.

More then sending a slam on concrete to that little shit Casey sent that boy a message, just because you don't feel your life isn't that great (whether consciously or subconsciously) does not mean you have the right to inflict torment on others.

    Nice Video.

    AND GO CASEY!

  • I think that people from all over the world is getting tired of these violent characters... it doesn't matter if the aggresor is a kid, people just want fucking peace... no one have the right to attack another person... and everyone has the right to defend himself if attacked.

    So, fuck you, bullies.

  • God gave the strenght to Casey Heynes defend himself, and end that hellish nightmare. Don't believe in anything Richard Gale or his Camerakid says.

  • Some News Networks have featured Casey Heynes and his Bully about the incident and interviewed them. You can find it on youtube.

  • Casey is an example of what you can do if you stand up for yourself to say 'no more - enough is enough!'

    Good video, dude.

  • I hated school and was bullied verbally, emotionally and even physically. A couple of times I burst and I retaliated. I think that earnt respect, certainly made me feel better. Good on Casey, that kid deserved a lesson.

A lot is being made about bullying in the modern press, what with mental health being high on the media's & government's atention, However I can imagine that it might be worse that in the old days (pre mobile phones & internet) due to the online sharing of media. Shame bullies

  • Richard picking on Casey is like suicide by cop. Like a poodle attempting to bite a pitbull. Casey played the role for which he was programmed. He had other options and is lucky Richard didn't have an eggshell skull. If you have read the bible and devoted time to understanding your mortal self then you are informed and may be an athiest. If you haven't done the research you are merely uninformed and pasting a label on yourself. So are you really an athiest or do you simply dislike religion?

  • @comet2029 I was brought up a catholic and I read the bible cover to cover at one stage, so no this is a life choice, not a label for the sake of having a label... I also studied other world religions and I understand a fair bit about Buddhism etc.

  • @TheATHEISTNOW Ok well you have made an informed decision as only about 10% of "Christians" have actually read the Bible from cover to cover. My guess is that you found Bible literalism offensive to logic and your powers of reason. What if I suggested that the Bible is not the inspired word of god and is full of errors and is flawed? Would that make it then impossible for you to believe Jesus is real since the primary source of evidence is unreliable? Or can you gain new evidence 1st hand? maybe

  • @comet2029

Would it be fair of me to assume that you have read the Koran, the Torah, and the Jabberwocky to decide and make an informed decision?

    Nonsense,

A sufficient criterion for being an atheist is that one doesn't believe in a god - It needs to be as 'informed' as a Christian needs to read Terry Pratchett's Small Gods to be considered a valid system of beliefs.

Atheism is not a relative belief: it has as little to do with Christianity as it does to do with the Galactic Handkerchief.

  • @comet2029 What the fuck are you talking about? Say this out loud: I am we Todd did. I am sofa king we Todd did.

  • This is not violence. This is called self defence. Casey boy is my hero!

  • Hi theATHEISTNOW, there was an interview with Casey which aired a couple of days ago on Australian TV and will be another one again tonight. Just search Casey Haynes interview to get his side of the story.

  • i cant agree with you more and also ive been bullied since i was 5 by my sister. im now 15 and it still goes on. also at school and one day at school i just fought my school bullies and the i guess you could say it started my "fighting career" and now im antagonized at my new school because i used to fight alot. like wtf just stop being pathetic 2-year olds and start living your own life instead of ruining others lives.

  • Who is the guy who is defending the little asshole( The big guy, he should be shoot as well ...)

  • @Eisenmann84 yes of course I did. loved it, great kid, I'd be proud to call him my son any day!

  • Im 5'7 so i cant just fight people because i could hert them cause im bigger so you have to let the bullying go just dont let them get to you but i get the pount.

  • @teddzertell123 talk to your parents about this, communication is very important, be honest and don't hide anything. Also take up martial arts or boxing, it truly can help and might avoid you getting into a do or die situation as happened with Casey.

  • When i was a we little lad of about 13 and so, I was picked on by a much smaller kid ( i was and am a fairly large gentle person) I was attack a lot both physically and mentally much like young Mr. Heynes and i never really got the chance to fight back the why he did, so he is my hero and My days and his look much brighter now that the big bully can get his Arse handed to him... and Young Mr. Heynes you are the bigger man

  • @DavidPrime83 well said David....

  • crushed meat

  • I've been asking around the InterWebs ---- but why does a scrawney little punk try to bully a kid like Casey who is bigger and taller than him ?? Seems like a suicide mission, no?

  • @Hunkola no, this is how the bullies work, they single out the larger and gentle kids because it makes them look cool and it's a form of prized scalp.

  • @Hunkola no, this is how the bullies work, they single out the larger and gentle kids because it makes them look cool and it's a form of prized scalp.

  • @TheATHEISTNOW --- Just doesnt make any sense to me......it would be like me punching The Rock in the face......a fool's folly

  • @TheATHEISTNOW pretty much true. did you study psychology?

ps im not an atheist but i still believe your observation is pretty valid.

  • @TheATHEISTNOW that's exactly how it was with me until I pick up one of my bullies and bull charged him against the side of a brickwall. After that, it was smooth sailing through school as far as bullies went. I actually became friends with the guy later in life.

  • Are you Michael Westen?

  • @davidqueiroz lol :)

  • The little kid was trying to be what we call in Australia a 'lad'. They are generally mocked by outsiders because they wear stupid clothes and are generally lowlives with no job or sense of direction in life, but some people sadly look up to them for some reason and try to become like them because they think they are awesome and no one will screw with them.

  • There are 2 basic types of bullies: low level bullies who are just immature kids & high level bullies whose bullying is pathological. The kids who were tormenting Casey were the latter. The age & size difference is crucial. The meanest bullies often pick out kids a few years older then themselves to torment. The older victims are targeted specifically for their gentle nature and lack of friends who will protect them. These older kids are like "trophy" victims to the bullies, prized scalps.

  • @Denis303 thank you Denis, I will use part of this in my upcoming vblog on dealing with bullying if you don't mind :)

  • @TheATHEISTNOW I don't mind at all. I meant to thank you for your insightful video but I ran out of characters.

  • Long live Casey! That's the way to do it Casey!

  • Got wat he deserved all right got his shit laid out all hail casey

  • Check this edit out ---- /watch?v=iYkvl9tcZ3o

  • teachers do nothing. they tell kids not to fight back. you have to fight back in life otherwise you will end up dead

  • @hyylo true the point is that nobody should be pushed this far!

  • I think Casey did the right thing sometimes you have to fight back. If you continue to be a punching bag; that is what you will become known as "The Punching Bag" I may turn the cheek once but not twice. The Bully now has a painful reminder of his folly and it's up to him to determine if he wishes to comtinue down that path or learn that no one deserves to be poked prodded, punched or verbally abused. I say be thankful that Casey didn't have a gun..

  • @pfunk1955 agreed, it could have played out much worse, all in all a good outcome this time around

  • And they wonder why kids go columbine.

  • @tommyhollis very true!

  • So true, I wish I could go back to school and beat some crap out few kids that I've been bullied by (and even deprived of lunch money a few times). I'm not sure how it all would've winded up until present days, but I'm sure I would have much more self confidence about many things as opose to what I have now. As it is been said in ThreeCatsScratching video: "no love for bullies, pop em' like a balloon".

  • @Armuotas thanks for sharing man, it does make you think!

  • The one thing I can say is that the bully in this situation will definitely think twice before bullying someone again. Casey definitely did the right thing for himself and for that bully. Casey proved to himself that he has the power to stop those situations which will be good for his self esteem, and the bully will be less likely to act like that in the future(possibly preventing a worse situation in the future that does not end as well for either individual)

  • @CtheWolfe more so because of youtube, this will also hopefully serve as powerful deterrent to other bullies out there, making them think twice before they act... hopefully anyway....

  • I agree with you on all your arguments, nice vid!

  • @JOHNJGM thanks man!

  • best shot

  • Too often the schools live in a bubble and that they don't have rules that are comparable in the real world. If what happened to Casey happened on the street the police and even a judge would have ruled in favor of Casey saying that it was self defense.

  • The more damaged the thing the kids in school?

  • The irony is that if Casey had seriously hurt his assailant, he would have suffered less reprisal from the school authorities.

The real story is what was happening around the camera. Who was the bouncer that stepped in after the scrap was over and was support crew for the hateful little bullying clique? That's the one I want to see in a shallow grave. Or at least de-pantsed on the internet.

I like the cut of your jib, @TheATHEISTNOW Thanks for the upload.

  • @begrackled yes I was wondering the same thing myself, clearly there was a lot more going on there... and thank you :)

  • I think you over analyzed this and excused the bullies for torturing Casey. I'm happy for Casey that it worked out this way. Its rare that justice actually comes to fruition.

  • @nateanwendolyn maybe or maybe it's just prudent to try and understand what drives such situations in order to be able to preempt them before they come to fruition...

  • Where's the dad?

  • Recently I was bullied by a 36 year old asswipe at work. I'm 50 a father of 2 . Peaceful negotiations over months failed. So I did what Casey did. Grabbed this bully by the throat and gave him a couple on the nose.... Now we get along fine..

When diplomacy fails take action just like the goverment with countries who don't toe the line.

  • @boofheadrules its a shame but sometimes this is all that works...

  • @boofheadrules Actually among bully types that are generally more physical, sometimes a little retaliation gains you respect(as you noted in your case). I can think of about 5 friends I maintained through my school days after a physical altercation. I think sadly some of it has to do with the perception of backing down or avoiding violence = lack of self respect. If you show them you respect yourself and stop them sometimes they respect you for that. Its odd but I have seen it happen.

  • @boofheadrules One instance with me in university me and the chap went out for a beer after and had a good laugh. He openly admitted he was wrong in thinking I was weak, and that I hit like a truck (I suppose 8 years of kickboxing does that lol)

  • History has proven that to protect against violence you MUST use violence! War is the history of humans and it will be so until we are extinct

  • @guitarguy1685 war is merely a remnant from the more primitive period of humanity, one which we would be prudent to learn to move past if we wish to survive as a species....

  • @TheATHEISTNOW Most wars are senseless, yes. Wars are made because people cant handle there problems like nature intended. 1 on 1 fist fights. Weapons made us dirty fighters. It is in-evadable that people will hate one another. Even I dislike some people. Does that make me bad? If you say yes. The disliking some food types should make you a bad person as-well. See if you include one thing you cant exclude anything. People try to be too neutral. And the universe just doesn't do neutral.

  • @guitarguy1685 Violence doesn't always require violence. Sometimes psychological intimidation can quickly disperse a violent situation. I have had people take a swing at me, blocked it and then used words to completely intimidate them. But I agree sometimes violence is the only way to solve violence. Turning your back does nothing to correct it or prevent it.

  • nowadays with schoolyard fights you can't walk away because they just keep on following you... i know from personal experience ... i did the same thing as casey did and never got bullied again by anyone.

  • I think he has had enough. I would say that those kids who were bullying him now know what he is capable of and what he can do. Everyone has a breaking point, and that bully got what he deserved. I know if i ever had kids I would want them to stop the bullying but if they were in that situation and got hit i would want them to hit back. Poor Casey I truely hope that he is ok I mean its horrible because alot of the reason kids bully is because it makes them look "cool"

  • Notice the bully starts the attack by accusing his victim of "talking shit"- in other words, he is not just physically intimidating him, but controlling what he is allowed to say and think. He is psychologically reinforcing the victim's role as victim. Some have said his response was disproportionate - he should have responded "equally". But was this an equal fight? At the end he is followed by one of the bully's waiting friends. In their minds, he wasn't even allowed to fight back.

  • @leostoltoy very true, they assumed a position of total control and domination both physically and psychologically and were all caught out by surprise when Casey fought back, did you notice the guy with the camera didn't even say a word when Casey retaliated. I think they will be looking for revenge now as in their minds Casey crossed the line by making any type of move to defend himself. However I think Casey will have won himself a large fan club and new friends after this, making it harder...

  • I strongly believe in RETURN FIRE. Just taking hit through school will only brake down you're self-esteem. Self respect though drawing a solid line between what you will accept and when you had enough. The this is: if you snap or react you need to still have self control. So you shouldn't wait to long. cause hatred will build up within you, compromising you self-control. Killing a person is never an option. But broken arms and legs will heal. And so as-well will overblown egos.

  • @egodamonra yes I agree....

  • Who has never fought back and afterwards felt 10 000's of times better about yourself as a human???

  • @egodamonra indeed, I did! worked for me, but there is a part of me that still wished I didn't have to....

  • I doubt alot of bully's actually have problems at home. And alot of them do have problems at home. Alot of victims from bullying don't have problems at home, and alot of them do. However, both do seem to be insecure about something and that leaks into the whole social structure among students. This is such a complicated issue. Unfortunately, the problem of "bullying" has been ignored for too long worldwide.

  • @Raconteuring yes precisely! this has been ignored and swept under a carpet for way too long and it's becoming a real problem in our society now it seems..

  • I likeyour choice of words when you refer to the person being "over you" - that's exactly how I felt when at the hands of a bully (I've had far too many similar experiences to Casey's) - these psychopaths somehow gain a sense of ownership . . . and this is something I will react to with violence without hesitation. It is one of the greatest of human evils . . .thinking that one can have ownership of any type of another. I don't regret fighting back . . and would do it over and over again.

  • @rictusgate cheers, I guess people that have been there will understand this even more, not a nice feeling either...
