Blacks Law Dictionary says different. Retsquid the stinsins weren't fluent with the matter. That's what happens when poople go into this without a true understanding. @RetSquid Also the U.S. has been bankrupt since 1933 the currency the 'federal reserve' prints out are essentially worthless because they are not backed by anything except how much is in circulation and all the gold was handed off long ago to the Bank of England which the IMF essentially controls. The federal reserve is about as "federal" as Federal Express they are nothing, but a private bank who only lends out 'money' to the U.S. Government when needed and can do as they please.

Capitis Diminutio has nothing to do with capitalization of letters. Capitis in latin has to do with the head of a person, as seen in "per capita" meaning "per head". Furthermore, Black's Dictionary does not state anywhere that Capitis Diminutio has to do with capitalization, it does however mean a loss of status, I'll give you that. That particular section in the book is also written in past-tense form, with words like was, occured, swept, became, indicating that this doesn't exist anymore

the additional "rules" or "Acts" are rules of a corporation. thats why they're rules and not laws rules with the force of law that are imposed on employees of the corperation, for if you are not part of said corporation then those rules simply dont apply to you.

Ive tried it in court and been to many cases with others. It gets thrown out or their fines are paid by the system so they keep it off the record. It works and its better to be a fool and say nothing than open your mouth and prove it to the world. Try paying ur fines by Accepting them For Value. Ahh too much to explain. try Menard or TheAntiTerrorist on here lol. You are a slave to corporate commercial law which falls below the common law. Enjoy your servitude or evolve with the rest of us.

Blacks Law Dictionary says different. Retsquid the stinsins weren't fluent with the matter. That's what happens when poople go into this without a true understanding. The definitionaccording to blacks has to be brought to the attention to the court, or it isn't evidence. The court only hears the arguments brought to it from those trying/defending.

This is an interesting article but where is the evidence of Capitus Diminutiae Maxima? Like you said do not just follow, you should lead and to lead and make iformed decisions you need knowledge. As far as I am aware the Federal Income Tax is outright illegal regardless. Under the constitution a legal tax has to be ratified by all states and this tax has never been ratified.

try filing a 1041. bet your tax man won't do it... file as a trust, not a gov't employee. the SS# is a trust fund and trusts don't pay income taxes. don't take my word for it though, look it up. it's better to do so anyway... especially with all the confusion flying around about this stuff.

Why is the P in people capitalized on the Constitution? We the People (legal fiction?). People is a capitonym on the document. Why did the united states of America on the original articles of confederation change to into the capitonyms United States of America on the reconstructed articles of confederation. Since MOST of the original articles burnt up in the library of congress fire in 1812 and then when the north invaded the south, they burnt down the county recorders.

hahaha, yea, I found this to be true in the fifth edition of blacks law, it started with "in roman law" but little do people know that roman law is still in full force today under a new name, "civil law." go look it up, in blacks law, on the web.

Do your own research.
Some of these junior so-called lawyers here have never cracked a pre 1970 edition of Black's Law, so they have no concept of CAPITIS DIMINUTIO MAXIMUS, Capitis Diminutio Medius, and capitis diminutio minimus.
They have been issuing documents from templates since their first day of law school, so they have no reason to question why thing are written as they are.

actually, "capitis dimmutio" is even in the newest 8th edition today.
I love these dictionary/reference books. Say what you will about us living in "1984." I simply do not feel that this is the case- we wouldn't have access to amazing literature.
Go check out "de facto." That is a lot of fun. One will slowly start to see that we have a de facto system running and that we don't have to give consent to it.
that being said, book burning is still as popular as ever.
