At my Publix, if an item is BOGO, then you can just buy one of them and get it for half price. So actually, you'd be making them spend more money. FOILED AGAIN, PUBLIX MAN!!!!

@TheLochness4 The reason you HAVE to buy 2 in order to get the deal is b/c it's a company policy in Florida. I live in GA and every Publix I've been to in this state doesn't require you to buy 2 items. You can just buy 1 item and get it at half price. It's wonderful.

@Izdeadable Publix was sued a few years ago for false advertising. Its is the state law. Outside of florida you can buy 1 bogo item for half price.
