I've tried several recipes with BF four and AP flour ...I must be doing something wrong...I just can't get it right, where others get crunchy golden crusts/ chewy centers, I just get a tough pale log...guess I'll just have to keep trying....Mercy

My mom recently went back and I have been without her cooking for 3 months...until I found your blog..everything you make is just like my mom would..Your passion for cooking has not only brought me closer to my culture and though she is thousands of miles away,it has brought me closer to my mom as well.
