What these nannies are doing is horrible. I would never lay a finger on another person's child. If the child misbehaves let the parent decide the form of descipline not you. If one cant handle children why do they opt to become nannies. But if I was a nanny i wouldn't want being watched (camera) it makes the person not to be free with the child. Also I have seen parents that mistreat nannies like talking to them badly which can lead to the nannies resenting the child.
