  • great Voice Like the English Language Dutch and Japanese <3

    its Magic

  • Next to german, this is the best version of the song.

  • @Yunasan13 that's exactly what I think :D except from fact, that POLISH version is the best xd

  • wow i love this version of colors of the wind!!! japanese is a very wonderful language!!! *.*

  • heh this is so cool :)

  • That was awsome/pretty!!

And her voice is sooooo beautiful!!

  • I'm looking for the Japanese version of "listen with your heart" en "If I never knew you"

  • *en=and

  • gave me goosebumps :x

  • 美しい

  • its asian

  • This is such a pretty version <3

  • thnx for the japanese one!! it's really good.

  • Really nice work! My favorite version is the spanish one, well, the mexican, not the one from spain, then this one and then, of course, the original.

  • Is there any connection to Utada Hikaru's COLORS?

  • I can understand most of this. After I study a little more, I'll post a translation.

  • Yay! I want to learn the Japanese version <3

    Thank you!

  • i ♥ that but sadly i can keep up but i suck at pronouncing the words lol =P

  • Waah; that was amazing. ♥

  • aaaaaaaw It's been a really long time since I've seen pocahontas. I love this song so much. It's sounds so cool in japanese. XD

  • Kawaii (cute) keywatchi (pretty) I LOVE japanese

  • i agree--she sounds very beautiful! ^.^ but its been so long since ive seen the english version, i dont even remember what her english voice sounds like XD

  • wow she sounds awesome...sounds just like the original voice person(IN MY OPINION)...and if u got a problem with the singing...THEN DON'T WATCH IT!!!

  • japanesse version is one of my favourite! Yuko Doi sounds brilliant! her singing is so expressive

  • The voice of Pocahontas is not bad, but the german voice sounds best :3 hehe

  • who ever was the voice actor of that Japanese person really sound awful...she sound like gramps :D XD Why don't they call Horie Yui to take a roll on this character..It would be better

  • I love disney movies in japanese... But the english one is the best ^^ aboriginals can speak japanese? o.o

  • It Would Make More Sense Than Them Speaking English, As Native Americans Come From The Mongolians. They Are More Closely Related To Asians, Than The Would Be Europeans. I Take Slight Offen To The "Aboriginals" Comment. I'm Half Cherokee Indian, And Half Japanese.

  • I Completely Agree With You, Although I Wonder Why You And So Many Others Have A Fixation On Capitalization. Every Word I Read From You Guys Feels As If I'm Starting A New Sentence. :/

  • I'm Sorry. It's Due To When I Learned English, I'm Half Japanese As I Said And We Don't Have "Upper Case" Or "Lower Case"

  • >_< So sorry! I feel like crap now...completely didn't mean to be so ignorant!

  • LOL No No, Don't Feel Bad. A Lot Of People Don't Think About That =3

  • i agree with you in some way, but you cant blame some people past decisions to the people that worked really hard doing, and animating the film. In fact, AT LEAST, it is a way to remember that there were indians, and how did they think about nature.

  • No one's at fault because no one alive today did anything wrong. The Ainu don't blame the Chinese for coming into their land and changing it and they've suffered even more loss than N. Americans. There are only 15 native Ainu speakers left. The culture is almost completely gone. The movie wouldn't make sense in Japanese or French. This is for kids and most kids aren't not going to focus their attention on a movie they can't understand.

  • Lmao i'm a girl

  • I'm certain that the "aboriginals" comment is not meant to be offensive. Merriam-Webster defines the word to mean "being the first or earliest known of its kind present in a region". Native Americans would be aboriginal people, technically speaking.

  • /love/ *0*

  • hahhaa i never knew pocahontas can speak japanese.... hehe just kidding but nice job!!!!

  • This version is soo pretty.

Its my 2nd fav one-first comes the english version I grew up with <3

  • Oh, I don't know if I'm being bitchy by pointing out all of this stuff, but I have more to add. To further prove my point about "uteru", I'd like to point out that in the lyrics written in actual Japanese, the word printed is "utaeru". Also, there are several kanji mistakes in the lyrics that are printed in Japanese.

  • Hype! It wasn't that fucking serious!!! Ever heard of spelling errors. Stop breathing down YaeChan's neck. You can print the lyrics yourself if you have a problem. Damn! Didn't see you posting this. But anyhoo... Cool!! Great job YaeChan. I love this song but now I love it more in japanese!!! ^_^

  • I know it's not that serious, but I just thought I'd say something. And personally, I think spelling errors are nearly inexcusable when keyboarding because even if one spells something incorrectly, it should take minimal effort actually to LOOK at one's words as one types them. Also, it's most likely not YaeChan's fault considering all lyrics for this online have the same mistakes, so he/she probably simply copy-and-pasted.

  • I'll give you a hug for that, grammar-freaks unite! :D *huggle* I hate it when people get Japanese wrong... it bothers me...

  • Yes! Me too! I feel like if somebody's gonna do something with Japanese then they'd better make sure they're not making careless mistakes.

  • That, and I'm sure if the person is still learning Japanese, they would want to know if they made a mistake. I would. :D

How would you get better if you didn't learn from your mistakes?

  • Near the bottom of the second stanza, you have a Japanese line that says "anata ni mo uteru kashira", but the "uteru" should be "utaeru". Not only can you hear that that is correct if you listen, but you even have it translated as "can sing" while "utaeru" is "can sing" in Japanese. Also, in Japanese, I don't know whether "uteru" is a word, but it certainly has nothing to do with the verb "sing" even if it is a word.

  • wow! cool!

  • awesome!

  • cool...! where can i find the lyrics?

  • haha... just click the blue "more" button underneath YaeChan's summary!

  • O_O woooooooooooooooooooooow
