I have this camcorder, but I am having a bad time trying to export videos from it to my laptop in HD. I don't have firewire port, and hence, been told I need a capture card. Bought one, but the quality exported is bad.
What is the EASIEST FASTEST way to export videos from this cam with high definition like yours for example?
I'm looking to buy a reasonably-priced HD camcorder for my workplace, and the fact that this one also records in SD is a big selling point. Is this footage definitely shot in SD mode, because one of your later quotes contradicts this.
