Arnold, you have to be 10 at the time of the hunt to win a drawing permit. Amber was 9 when I entered her in the draw, but she turned 10 in April and the hunt was in August. She might be one of the youngest draw winners to tag out, who knows? :) This was around Fairbanks, Alaska.
