Is that a joke? This guy is much more knowledgeable about badminton (former successful international player) and provides a much more insightful analysis of the game... the old guy was more exciting, I'll admit, but definitely not a better commentator.

no joke, this new guy talks too much. the analysis and stuff is all basic in badminton, we hear enough of it from jill herself, and she does a good job at it. this new guy is very boring, gill herself was a badminton player herself and she is very very interesting to listen to. if they wanted a replacement male commentator who had more knowledge, at least find one who was more interesting to listen to, so that watchers don't have to get bored when they are watching an exciting game. yeah =p

I just figured out the true reason to why i don't like all these new commentators who replace the old guy. they always stutter when they talk, barely any of it is fluent, they always have pauses and hesitations when they speak. that is pretty annoying.. yeah.. the old guy never did, and he would also make jokes here and there
