The tracking system is way off for 1 thing about the quality since its an old VHS recording at 480i if you noticed the image is sort of disoriented during the process of converting it into a 480p video since i means interlaced (480 lines of pixels that works together) and p means progressive (all 480 pixels each strip works as an individual to process better video making the Progressive Scan the actual upscaling program). And second off in 2007 YouTube was 240p/360p at 30Hz at 88-96 Mbps audio.
