Since I'm dealing with a simple minds, let me try to make it a little more simple for you. Macedon existed. What the Greeks are saying to you is that it existed in a Hellenic world, speaking a Hellenic dialect. Then when that Hellenic world became one country (Greece), they referred to it's northern region as Macedonia. What they're trying to ask you is this, what does your Slavic nation have to do with ancient Macedon and there national heroes?

It's called revisionary history. In other words, changing it to fit your own needs. Your country has been through a lot over the years. Changing leaders, changing names, and changing flags. You and your people yearn for stability, it's understandable. So to get it you claim to a past, a glorious past that you can teach your children about and rebuild your country with. But stealing another nation's history just to make your children feel proud of their country is, and forever will be, wrong.
