  • He's a monster!

  • Lol he wanted to headbang so bad \m/

  • He reminds me of alexi mixed with petrucci!

  • this is good way better than aman amarth slayer venom yada all those things people have been me too.. hahahahahaha

  • This sounds great!

  • Not everybody knows but this is my father ;)

  • lol, the look on his face after 1:57 is like, 'Did i just open and interdimenstional portal with my awesomeness?'

  • he was the perfect fit for dream theater, ya fuck off everyone who says otherwise and i don't mind it being every one else, dominci owned in the Killing hand and labrie tried to

  • @Gaudamn I do no t agree. Have your listened to domici live? he sucks

  • @Nekuriddo I personally haven`t listened to Dominici live nor Dream Theater but sometimes James Labrie just can`t keep up with the rest of the band. Most of the records require an incredible pitch range that Labrie mastered when he was younger. Now his voice sounds more mature, but doesn`t keep up anymore. I don`t think he EVER wondered if he will be able to play that live.

  • @Gaudamn I both like Charlie Dominici and James Labrie because they played an important role in Dream Theater. Each has its own style and his own pitch range. I guess it was hard to James Labrie to sing Charlie Dominici`s vocals and this is clearly audible on the record with James Labrie.

  • Another great specialist against the philosophy of Jimi Hendrix....Using maximum level of gain with many other effects and playing very easy amatorish old italian barock music licks in a very very fast tempo for fascinating teenagers....This is a good music for the publicum/audiance from the only concert of Hendrix in Zurich...Is there anyone there who red the english version of Hendrix biography by Eddie Cramer?

  • What a F****ING AMAZING SONG! One of the most amazing riffs ever written

  • wat kinda ibanez is he playing?

  • Maybe the Prestige like the flag behind him says, but im not shure :P

  • @normanvannorden orite just curios, good player tho no matter what he plays

  • he is so collected...I like his approach, especially syncopic style that really stands out to my taste. He definitely is not trying to go for overkill but he lets us know "Hey, I could do much more but not here, not now." Can't wait for future projects!

  • @micanut48

well said brother.. he's so collective and calm.. less showing off but focuses more on the complexity of the song. showing us and give us the idea of what this kind of complex song structure could do to our self and how does it feel.

  • he sounds like jp

  • Fucking awesome. Sounds like John Petrucci. He'll get there one day, he already has the tone.

I don't think Petrucci will teach him how to play 5 billion bpm though.

  • he has something of petrucci...

  • He reminds me a lot of him. Tone too.

  • awsome.... l o l ( )

    _| |_

  • can somebody post a link with the tab of this song?thanks

  • what a fuck...FUCK ALL YOU KIDS...just listen to the fuckin thing and play...

  • 03, as in the album. They made 3 albums. I meant 03, part 2 and 3.

  • Mailard is one of the guys Petrucci will pass the torch too. Someone to take Johns unique style and evolve it. Much the same many have done to the other greats. Brian is amazing!

  • IBANEZ GUITARS FTW!!!!!!!!!

  • FUCKING AWESOME!

  • This guy is the one and only clone of Petrucci. I think that as he grows older he will be even on par with Petruccis stuff, although he does imitate Petrucci alot.

  • lol true, but he got lessons from JP himself and Dominici was the original singer of DT so the band is alot alike it too lol

  • check out marco sfogli

  • he looks like a cool guy

  • you are amazing

  • Amazing , i love all the 3 cds ...

  • I love Dream Theater dearly but I'm suddenly under the impression that O3 puts DT to shame. This trilogy is a masterpiece!

  • So true. 03 is a fucking masterpiece. Systematic Chaos is good, but there are songs on there I skip. Not on 03... or 02 for a matter. 01 was boring on most songs.

  • What the fuck are you talking about? 03, 03, ???

  • yes Brian is amazing but John Petrucci IS THE BEST IN THE WORLDDDD!!!!

  • @Stivenson180192 they are both great ! but u can't say the petrucci is the best in the world !

  • @666Vlada666 Eh but he is in another dimension... as melody, as speed of the notes, etc...

  • @Stivenson180192 melody and speed got Yngwie ...so that make him bather then Petrucci?...no....

there is ...so much guitarist... he is one of the best...but u can't say the best in the world....what is Hendrix then...Page...Blackmore.....and...much more...

  • @666Vlada666 yeah ya can. But in reality there is always someone better, its just someone who really likes petrucci, John Petrucci in my favorite guitarist, he is well rounded and can play any type of music at the drop of a hat.

  • @Stivenson180192 alexi laiho

  • amazing

  • john pet is the number one i dont care maillard

  • I love that fucking monster riff!!

  • @alzico yeah, it's quite extensive riff but it kicks ass. The change innto a different rythm right after that sounds little flat but than the song recovers from that little blunder. nevertheless, excpet the riff, this is probably one of the weaker tracks on this album, even though it offers amazing skill. But arrangements are not so fluid. Don't get me wrong, I like Dominici a lot.

  • gotta love it :D

  • wow

  • I don`t know nothing about this man.he plays like J.Petrucci, it´s similar style.clear, fast, all,I like too. what do you think about? thank`s ......Santy

  • Honestly, I think they're both great guitarists. I prefer Petrucci a bit more though, but that's probably because I'm biased, and I liked DreamTheater first.

  • Give us tabs Brian !!!! :-)

  • Awesome guitar playing! Another 1 in my fav list

  • Amazing guitarist !!!!!!!!!!!

  • Just awesome, amazing playing and what a song!

  • grande brian....hai uno stile very very proggggggggggggggg....

  • Chris Collins was DT's first singer, not Dominici.

  • Brian is a great guitarist Dominici and Dream Theater are at the same level both have their own things and both sound great Brian is a genius as well as ofcourse the great John Petrucci:D

  • Awesome playing.

  • Hi Brian use mesa mark IV!

  • hi!do you know what amp did he uses on the album i thought mesa rectifier insn't it?

    thx

  • Feel so good listening to this sound of kid's guitar. Wonderful job!!!!!Dominici!!!!!!

  • what's with the foot up at the end ?

  • I think that Michael Romeo, Brian Maillard and John Petrucci are all really amazing. I dont think they should be compared cos they r all amazing, and each have their own unique things which make them cool

  • It's not easily to be a Petrucci, but Brian is very good. Thanks for the beatiful video man...

  • I think he is different from Petrucci and extremely proficient as a player very precise Petrucci and Maillard can do each others things and both are very skilled not comparison please.

  • There rnt any tabs but it pretty easy to Work out, i worked out the whole thing. Its in C then just use this vid as a reference and get crackin'

  • learn it by ear and you have him playing it right here so learn bitch

  • Awesome instrumental. Brain could easily be the next Petrucci

  • stupid jamie he is the next petrucci. they have the same style

  • man i want the tabs for this song!! i can't find any!!!!!!!!

  • Misleading description... Dominici wasn't Dream Theater's first singer if we count the Majesty days

  • i think it's quite ironic that petrucci is one of his biggest influences, and he sounds just like him. maybe thats why charlie picked him to be guitarist in his new band.

  • he's not as good as petrucci though ;p

  • i personally like this better than alot of DT haha. And im a huge DT fan.

  • Great, good technique, good tone etc. But it sound a bit like Dream Theater on the overall techniques, orchestrations and dynamics of the band. Brian's technique is flawless very articulate and clean. Overall great stuff keep up the good work.

  • what tuning he use?

  • Well, it's not Dream Theater, but... They do their best.

  • The thing that I hate is that they make it look so easy..Damn I wish I had smaller fingers.!!

  • Brian is simply amazing - as well as Dominic are ;-) Keep on the good work, Brian. Hope to see you and Dominici here in northern germany soon!

  • Is it tuned in drop-D?

  • WOW! thats all I have to say lol!!
