@Chad01234 i don't think chuck lost the hunger, he got a little cocky for a while because he was knocking everyone out so easily but after a few losses he started taking it seriously again but it was too late, his chin went on him. He still fought the same, and had the same power and style he just could'nt take a punch anymore. He's the best MMA fighter to date though...

@Chad01234 Everyones built a little different but if you look at some of his old fights against Alistair overreem and Vernon White, Chuck got hit with some huge shots and never even budged but after he got knocked out by Rampage, he never seemed to be able to take a punch again. Keith jardine dropped him a few times, Rashad, Shogun, And rich Franklin all knocked him clean out after his fight with Rampage. It sux cause he was and still is my fav mma fighter. The guys awesome!!!!!!!

In his fights against rich franklin and shogun, Chuck was looking really good but as soon as they hit him he was knocked out. Thats why he agreed to retire because he knew his chin went on him.

Chuck was always my favorite, of all the MMA guys. I'd only ever watch it if he was fighting. However, I suspect that all of them walk away from more fights than they actually get into. I can only look at it from a boxer's point of view, but my thoughts are A) Why let it ruin your day, and B) Why beat someone up for free when I get $400 per round (back in the day). But in reality, it's easy for me to imagine Mr. Liddell, or most MMA fighters, taking the high road.

Do you people even realize that if a ufc fighter fights outside of the ring, the judge will probably consider them to be a deadly weapon and be harsher with the punishment. Everyone is trying to knock down a dinosaur nowadays. Iceman was a striker and thats what he was good for. Get him on his back and he was done, he just, in my opinion, got to where he was just looking for the one knockout punch and kept lobbing haymakers until he got got with a weak cross and got knocked out. Everyone looses.
