The "Monotracer" stops at lights on the same principle as a rider on a motorbike does. There are a couple of "legs" that pop down to keep it from tipping, that double again as a stand obviously when. Perhaps the bike is aided by a some sort of gyro at low speed as well???????

Based on the playstation move, since the remotes light up, and the camera tracks those lights, im guessing the monotracer has color-tracking cameras.

On the sides of the monotracer is small black compartments. In those compartments is small, hydraulic, fold out wheels

When the driver lowers their speed, the wheels quickly folds out and keeps the monotracer up.

The driver sits on it like a regular bike, but it has a closed door, Of course, you can't be obese and sit in it.

Many think that all these technological inovations will lead to something like the Terminator movies. In all reality, humans are NO WHERE NEAR creating artificial inteligence that is THAT sophisticated.
