I remember this series. The Mavs were robbed (like the 2002 Sacramento Kings) in this series. You could barely breath on Wade Stern's pimp boy. LOL . It became a free throwfest after game 3 or so. Fuckin Stern is a POS and a crook. Ruined the NBA. Oh, well fuck, hell burn in hell eventually unless he gets himself right.
Kings should have had a title by now and the Mavs in '06. I'm saying this as a Spurs fan, too. Good to see the Mavs get revenge for that bullshit this season (2011 NBA Champs).

@jkbezo I do have them recorded since i'm a heat fan and he got alot of calls because he kept driving in and pump faking. He was trying to draw fouls and they called them. Noone on the mavs tried to get to the freethrow line so don't cry that it was rigged. 2002 Sac vs. lakers was rigged for sure tho

@jkbezo San Antonio is one of the 7 largest cities in the country, and has international appeal, as Ginobili has fans on two other continents, Tony is French, Duncan is from the V.I., and Austin's 80 miles away.
Saying the Kings should have had a title by now shows you have no respect for defense. Their defense was almost as bad as the 2006 Mavs, who were outscored by Kobe single-handedly through 3 in a meeting that season. No wonder Wade went off. Mavs won this year cause 'Bron vanished.

SA has grown over the years, (decade) yes. Yes, we have international fans , just as many other NBA teams do as well. Our team was still a small market (TV, marketing, etc). Dallas and Houston which is much larger than us and overshadows SA. I have respect for defense (Spurs always have good defense). Portland didn't have a great defnse in the '70s and still won an NBA title. Kings should have , just as the '06 Mavs. '10 Mavs shut down the Heat and LJ.
