@zimd they are durable, but I typically play harder rock/metal kind of music. live I play much harder too, so it's just not a very practical option for me since I go through Z3's every 2-4 months already.

@MrOmgWtfun I've kept it like this for awhile now...I had the 2 rack 2 floor set up going for awhile prior to this though. This is my current "standard" set up, but if I'm doing a particular song that isn't suited well for the set up I have then I alter it accordingly. I've only done that with the locust, periphery, and mars volta videos I did since the fills and styles of those songs were just easier to do after moving a few things around.

@pipersjr My batter head is pretty loose I just finger tighten the lugs then maybe a 1/2 turn on each at most. On the reso head I finger tighten the lugs then anywhere from 1-2 turns on the lugs. I also got a evans EQ pad in my kick, its only touching the batter head though. On this recording I also have a API EQ and CLA-76 compressor plugins on the kick track so your hearing that as well.
