@Faithlessism thanks for the kind words dude. well at the time when i was playing with Snoop it was all just live bass. most guys use a key bass but that wasn't needed with snoop at the time. it was more of a live real feel.. even now that i play with Lupe Fiasco its all just real Bass. nothing is wrong with key bass tho. its great. ads some great elements to the music. and most of the time if an artist is looking for that sound its easy to have with the technology of today. effects and MIDI

@b3spicerd MTD bass, GK rbh and 2001 head..sometimes the fusion head..La Bella strings...this was my first time doing a show with travis but i tour with snoop...travis is a beast

i use a lot of bass since its hip hop.... not to much treble and usually half mids...sometimes depending on the song i add a lil highs to give it a glassy sound...
