@rohitgupta328 debit card is fine. No need to declare. Actually, you shouldn't declare, because money in your debit card is still in your bank account. You don't physically have the money yet. Since most debit cards have limits to how much you can withdraw each day, you can't really bring tons of money via ATM anyway.
