@asiisn Hmm... that's a tough one. If possible, I'd keep him indoors. It just depends on whether or not you want to take on the responsibility of owning him. Hopefully you do. :) So I'd start by treating him for fleas and then helping him get adjusted to his new home.
My 21 year old cat is blind AND mostly deaf... And she finds her way around and up & down onto a bed. She's tough and feisty, I guess that's what it takes.
My cat is 17 and starting going blind a little over a year ago. She recently had a stroke that left her finally with no more than light/dark vision. She runs into walls (and our dog) too, but she's still kicking! :)
Amber is about 16 years old - we got her at a rescue and they figured she was 7 months old. She went blind maybe a year and a half ago. We didn't realized she was blind for a few months as she sat in a chair and didn't move much. The vet thinks it's due to a tumor in her brain as now her pupils don't dilate now either. And I have a fondness for orange kitties every where!
It's nice to see such loving owners and a beautiful kitty, she's very lucky :D

@10samm10 If you became blind, I think it would be ironic. But I'll refrain from saying it would be hilarious.

Wow, you must look at my cat Sunny. She and Amber could be sisters. How old is Amber and when did she go blind?

@syhsyhsyh i have a cat named sunny as well & he looks just like amber. i think they could be triplets.
