Oh, since you have a thick layer of foundation, I would suggest wearing a compund powder with you. The thing is that when you are sweating or when sebum starts exuding, the foundation starts "melting", so you would want to fix that... Definetely apply base , which will help the foundation stay longer and use compund powder (not a thick layer)..

in order to touch up makeup properly you should use blotting sheets (you can find them at the drug store) they absorb oil w/o smearing your makeup...then lightly dust a translucent powder over your skin...like makeup forever HD Powder or any other brand you love :) hope that helps!!

Also....if you use something like MAC studio Fix or Model in a bottle (makeup setting sprays) that will help set your makeup, and keep it from getting dull
