  • We're just finished reading this book in English. Go smart seventh graders!

  • @xElvenEmily Don't consider yourself overly smart, it's no major accomplishment to read this book. I just finished seventh and have read it. Though it's good that you're taking an interest in these kinds of things.

  • Has been and always will be one of my favorite books of all time. I'm 17. Don't say that there is no hope for future generations.

  • i have to read this for english classs :/

  • @SummerIsSpiffy it's a wonderful book... movie is terrible to say the least

  • churchluvr13 ,SuperKabir87,ItsMissPinky -You three were either born cerebrum-less, or like only cheap porn magazines. This novel will remain one of the most memorable pieces of English literature, no matter how good a screenplay adaptation is made.

  • hahah wtf 1:31 lol!!! ninja!!

  • faltu story i can never under stand

  • Horror novel see video book trailer

  • good

  • i have to read this book in school and make an review for tomorrow. and i'm at the 4th page and im soo fucking bored.. Maybe i should watch the movie instead. HAHA lol

  • thank you for posting this :) i can now use it in my presentation for school :D THANKS!

  • when this movie came out what was it rated?

  • The first Sherlock Holmes in coulor and the first Hound Of the Baskervilles since Basil Rathbones version...it was a pretty risky move

  • great adaptation!

  • I remember watching this on AMC, but it was black and white.

  • I've read all the books, and not once does Holmes say "Elementary, my dear Watson". I wonder where that saying originated from? BTW, this is my fave movie version of HOTB.

  • looks good.

  • This is black and white on the DVD...

  • @randomdave30 the one i got is clourer

  • @wham13456 I NOTICED.

  • lol, nothing in this trailer is at all in the book. It looks like it could be a good movie (I like the casting) but I'm troubled because of the fact that the plot looks completely different than the actual story.

  • Such a great film! Peter Cushing was a master of acting! check our our review of this and many other films with peter in it at chamberofhorrorfilms (dot) com!

  • Peter Cushing was a awesome actor

  • @92af R.I.P. Peter C.

  • please where can i find a copy of this

  • Collect anything Sherlock now, before the Guy Ritchie movie comes out, especially as you can check on amazon, so much is being released that has never before been available on DVD,

  • Hehe Ms.Haynes sent me here

  • On the DVD this is in black-and-white!

  • i love this movie but i dont remember the cast is ther a remake of this it bein like 6 years sice iv seen this

  • Isn't Peter Crushing from Star Wars. Thought he was

  • i think sir charles was henry's uncle and not his father

  • they said that at the beginning lol

  • the hound of the bullshark heads who forgot to train their dog

  • yo this film ia banging. i'm from Suriname and i had to check this film out for my literature list. itz cool man! L-XVI

  • Elementary, my dear Watson. There ARE no tarantulas in South Africa.

  • LOL yet true!

  • I find it funny that both Grand Moff Tarkin and Count Dooku are in this movie.

  • If the Emperor had appointed Sherlock Holmes and Dracula as his lieutenants instead of Dooku and Tarkin the Star Wars series would have been a lot shorter ....

  • Elementry my dear Watson.

  • I saw the newer remake on PBS once, it was AWESOME with a capital AWESOME. Besides The Young Sherlock Holmes and the mystery of the Mummy it was the best Holmes movie I've seen.

  • I have just finished reading this book and i loved it, my dad has this film version of dvd and i so have to watch it, the trailer looked really good.

  • OMG I saw the elementry my dear watson part on an E! Show. So that's where its from

  • True it's not 100 percent faithfull to the novel,

Which I will always take over any film version of the story, But IMHO it's still a hell of a fun film.

  • Hmmm...Last time I checked, Sir Henry was the NEPHEW of Sir Charles; not his son.

  • I Have this Movie on DVD. Peter Cushing is a Good Holmes ;).
