Very nice excellent but in my aerosft heathrow i,ve got far more traffic than you mine is just like the real heathrow because i use world of ai; the one that makes your video rubbish is the british airways 737 they don,t even go to heathrow anymore since 2002

wow nice video man even though im wondering if heathrow will ever build that third runway because if they dont then there espansion efforts are grounded since dubai is taking the european traffic and taking them to dubai in the freaking dessert to trasfer flights yeah ill stick to the legacy carriers

A laptop, believe it or not. The GFX card is an ATI Mobiity Radeon 1400, nothing exciting. The chip is Core Duo 1.66Ghz and I have 2Gig of RAM.

Yes, but it could be better to be honest ! I am only running a modest system. You can see in places where the frames freeze for a second. I only get about 17 to 20 fps, falling lower over complex scenery like Heathrow.

Well I run FS on an Acer Aspire 5670 laptop. It's an average machine, to be honest. Think it cost less than a grand. Are you sure you have all your settings right ?

after some research it seems that resolution settings are strangely important to performance. I am running 1360x768 res but apparently frame rates double at a higher spec, something to do with GPU bottle necking.

Do yo run a higher res than that?

I didn't use a "camera", so to speak, but rather FRAPS does the recording and the TrackIr device allows free head movement. Would you like me to give ALL my secrets away?

The camera views are made using the TrackIr device from NaturalPoint. One of my best FS investments. The traffic at Heathrow is mostly AI traffic from World of AI. Free as far as I know.

Thank you. It's done using the TrackIr device which I had to buy. It tracks your head movement and replicates it in the sim.

Yeah, if you want realistic AI traffic it can't be beaten. Only thing is the traffic gets a bit sparse outside the main airports in Europe and the US. However, new packages are being written all the time.

All the traffic was generated using World of AI installer. It's a bit hit and miss from the point of view that it shows a lot of BA and American Airlines traffic, but not much else. I believe there are up to 300 separate packages for various airlines which can be installed into FS2004. I use the TrackIr device to get the realistic head movement.

No the traffic is all AI traffic in this video, although I use FSRecorder extensively to record take-offs and landings in many of the other videos. The TrackIr device is used to create realistic head movements.
