  • She's an irresponsible breeder who chains her dogs all day. The guy repeatedly told her to keep her dog further away from his property but she didn't have the sense to take better precautions. She's more at fault because while the guy was being dumb she is the one breeding and neglecting animals for a living.

  • People need to stop defending Pitbulls. Sure, they can be friendly dogs, but most of the time it's on the owner because they attack. A third of dog bites are from Pitbulls alone. 94% of dog bites come from male dogs, and 97% of those are from dogs that aren't neutered. So please, spade and neuter your animal.

  • If my little 45 lb female Australian Shepard mix can break a cow chain, I damn well know that a pitbull can!

  • (Compaired to other pits i've met, i will admit that he was agressive with strangers and other animals, but he never bit any one or killed anything, he was more of a destroyer or property and liked to growl at anything that moved), but if someone said MY dog was outside attacking some one, i would run out there immidiately because pitbulls ARE agressive dogs, and even if you have a sweet dog, you dont know whats happened and it's a possibility. Needless to say, the don't have the dogs anymore

  • @SiccaD216

Do you mean the woman just lost the one dog in this case? Or does she not have any of her dogs anymore? Cause she doesn't seem like the type of person to be breeding and showing dogs...

  • @LadieBunny Sorry, i wasn't talking about this case, I ment my neighbors didn't have their dogs anymore because they got taken away. I was just pointing out how people get dangrous dogs, don't train them right, then wont take responsiblity for them when something happens. :[

  • These people two houses down from mine, own 2 pits that have gotten into my back yard several times, they've been seen wandering the streets, they've had animal control called several time. On one occasion they attacked a woman walking her dog, my mother tried to hit the dog off with a stick and when she went to tell the owners they flat out refused to believe that their dogs could have gotten out or that they would attack some one like that. I owned a pit bull, a well behaved

  • At the end the lady, did you see her fancy briefcase i wonder were she bought?hahahaha it's a shoe box

  • I can't stand pitbull owners I have so many times been attacked by pitbulls that somehow are allowed to wander the streets and then for some reason the owner comes out screaming at me as the dog is biting my leg like I did something wrong. lol Pitbull owners are crazy.

  • Ugly dog!

  • ew, she breeds pitbulls in a rental house? god , the stench must be unbelievable.

  • All pitbulls should be exterminated. Kill anyone out there.

  • Animal control went to her house and did nothing! Should have taken and euthanized both dogs. Any dog able to bite anyone or other dogs is a danger that must be elliminated.

  • just like judge judy..boo

  • COME ON IS MORE HIS FAULT BECAUSE SHE HAD HERS ON A LEACH AND HE LET HIS DOG RUN UP TO DE OTRER DOG AND LET THEM FIGHT HE KNEW THERE WAS NO FENCE AND STILL LET HIS DOG GO RUN AROUND LOSE

  • Dr. Nate Cloar works in emergency medicine at Kern Medical Center. He points to how the pit bulls bite."They bite and they tear tissue away, so there can be muscles taken off bones along with broken bones, as well," Cloar said. "They do much more crushing damage."That's a force Cothern would like to see contained or restricted all together."Their purpose was for the locking jaw system, they got for holding livestock for slaughter. They weren't meant to be a domesticated dog,"

  • @TheSkylur44 Good information - thank you! Educate some of these people. AMEN!

  • That's what I was hoping the judge would do

  • I HATE THE WAY THE PLAINTIFF TALKS!!!

  • All dogs are dangerous if they aren't trained and looked after properly.

  • Her dog is so adorable! Poor babies.

  • they are totally illegal in England

  • Pitbulls and Cities they don't really go that well together.

Don't get me wrong with the right trainer and the right owner they probably are very nice. But if it goes wrong well.. its bad!

Then again that is their breed, pitbulls are fighting dogs. They do no function the same as other dogs.. you have to teach and treat them special!

  • inbreeding humans should be spade and nutered.

  • @ballrub

    Spayed and neutered...

  • Contact your local city council and get them to out law chaining dogs!!!!!!

  • The woman is a callous bitch. And to leave a dog constantly on a chain is CRUEL!! No wonder this dog attacks - it's CRUEL to not allow them to run free. And pitbulls should not run free. ERGO!! Don't breed PITBULLS!!

At least the man appeared to love his dog.

The woman is a cow, what a career- breeding vicious dogs! sheez....

  • Pit bulls are disgusting looking.. they look psychotic..no wonder people hate them..except those that own them..

  • @THEJEDEYEMASTER I dont own a pit bull and I think they're pretty cool dogs...i don't think they look psychotic...i actually think Chihuahuas are the ugliest doges on the face of this god given earth......but both owners were very irresponsible none the less.

  • @Venusstar22

yes, Chihuahuas are not the most aesthetically pleasing dogs. They seem to be way to vocal in proportion to their size though. I can't stand their barking.

  • @THEJEDEYEMASTER

What the heck is wrong with you? Well I personally think chihuahuas are disgusting. Everyone has a preference.

  • @MultiColoredCaribou

yeah but they don't make the headlines every time there' s a vicious attack ...it's always pit bulls and amstaffs the majority of the time..what does that say?

  • @THEJEDEYEMASTER

Because pit bulls have become the scapegoat in the whole dog attack situation. Oh if a dog attacks someone it must be a pit bull. A good majority of those reports are not even of pit bulls. But of dogs people confuse them with. Such as american bulldogs, cane corsos, tosa inus, dogo argentinos and so on. And who really wants to report on a chihuahua biting someone?

Ill just wait patiently for my pit bull to maul me now.

Great you made me hate starwars.

  • Pit bulls are ugly bastards...they look like mutant genetic disasters.

  • @AndiNeverSlice

At least you can relate to them on that level huh?

  • @MultiColoredCaribou CRICKET CRICKET CRICKET

  • @AndiNeverSlice

    Oh I love cricket!

  • 2 of the most vicious dogs I have personally seen have been a cocker spaniel and a dalmation. Any dog can be vicious. Any dog can be taught to fight. Cats can be vicious to each other too. It's in the animal's nature. Good judgement. JM!

  • @superpro100 that's exactly what I was going to say. The stupid smug defendant with 14???? pitbulls should have fenced them in before.

Neither women suit their hair in braids!

  • The woman is like smiling even though her dog got bitten i tink she planned it out

the man on the other hand is actually frowning and actually cared for his dog

  • white trash.....both

  • Thank you, Judge Milian. It is in the nature. I'm so sick of the "depends completely on the owner" defense.

  • an even share of vet expenses may result in non-optimal market behavior, nonmarket behaviour response to safety risk would be different given agent X1 or X2`s account as either claimant and or defendant -including countersuits if at all possible- due to non-market valuation of private goods which can have substitutes unaccounted for in an experimental -quantitative- appraisal..petitions for specific statutory relief that require judicial approval have no respondents, just a petitioner.

  • Good judgement JM :)

Both these idiots are irresponsible and have no irght to own those poor dogs :(

  • @curliefro Two cretins.
