How are you filming in 16:9 HD (720p) with the Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000? Only the webcam pro 9000 can record in 16:9 format. Did you make a mistake titleing your video. Because i cant film in true HD. Please write back anyone. I need to have full widescreen HD. I have the Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000.

I have a problem.

I have the Logitech Quickcam Pro 9000 too, but it looks so bad and not so good as in your video. I set HD but it doesn't work if i upload it on YouTube. If i change higher than HD so 2 Megapixel or higher i can't record videos anymore. I use the programm which come with the webcam. Sry for my bad english i hope you can help me.

@gilbertblaze It depends on what software you use to record your videos with. I can only assume you're using the software that comes with the camera.

When I use the Logitech Webcam Software, which comes with the webcam, I change the resolution by clicking on the "Select Image Size" option. You can find this around the bottom-left hand side of the software window, just below the video get displayed. Hope that helps. :-)

Using the Logitech Webcam software that comes with the camera there's an option in the bottom left hand screen that says "Select Image Size". You click on the image size text to reveal more screen size options.

thanks for responding. my options are actually on the lower right hand side... the HD option is 960x720 but its still a 4:3 ratio. do we have different software?

I've just compared this uploaded video to the raw .wma file and I don't notice any reduction in quality. They both look the same to me.
