The timing of the hit was border-line late. However, I don't see an elbow or Peca leaving his feet. Watch the bottom of the screen on the live shot. Do you see an elbow? I don't. Since you can't see his feet on the live shot, watch the replay. Do you see him leave his feet? I don't. The only problem that I can see, is that maybe the hit was late. Of course, that would be a dirty hit. What say you?
