  • I just commented on the previous video. Think about using those rollers. There's a tutorial on curlynikki(dot)com, on her video page (called T-n-C tutorial). And it should definitely be dry before you take it down, otherwise you end up with frizz and no definition. You could also try flat twists with curlers at the ends. Good luck with whatever you try!

  • Ew, my finger hit some key and made my comment get posted early. LOl Anyway, I was saying I always find myself laying on my hair, but it doesn't interfere with the results. Plus, I do mines a little tight, so when I wake up, I take them out as soon as possible.

  • Maybe u should just use a leave in conditioner, not juss a regular conditioner. Also use something to help define curls. Then u can two strand twist your hair in much smaller sections, then u should roll the ends up sum with jerry-curl rods so it gives it a natural type curl on the end. That what I do and did in my vid. The rods aren't expensive, get the smallest ones for a kinkier curl. Hope this helped some :)

  • yea it looks thin because most of it is still relaxed and its wet. my hair is actually pretty thick thankfully. but i think i am going to do the bantu knot with the twists. is i comfortable to sleep in the bantu knots?
