The Well R8 I would only recommend as a starter's gun. It's cheap, very accurate for the barrel only being 4.5" long, and feels really comfortable. Other than that if you aren't just getting into airsoft I would recommend getting something else like a CYMA, JG, JLS FN2000, dboys, just to name some chinese clones. If you don't want anything chinese I'd recommend a G&G

Batteries are an inconvenience and 400 fps has more range and hurts like crap. You can use heavier grains and have better accuracy. Anyway, I have a CO2 bb gun which fires with many times the force and the gas on even that lasts long so I just think its better to use gas.

Gas isnt expensive, though AEP's (good ones) are way cheaper, more accurate and shoot a greater distance then any gbb can ever dream of. Though the GGB's are way way cooler. and WAY WAY more fun.

First, clean the inner barrel very well. Most ACM guns have some dirt in the inner barrel. Then lube the mag with 100% Silicon oil. Then it should work fine.

Actually, it was just the cheapo silencer that came with my CM.023 aithout the threads. I am planing to get the new rail adapter that CYMA came out with and put the longer barrel back in there. Then I could get a regular 14mm compatable silencer.

Was that a good thing? =] I ordered the Nineball power spring with what was going to be some Nineball metal bushings and a metal spring guide but the guy ripped me off and gave me stocked parts with the packageing from the upgrade pars. <_< Enyway yeah, the Nineball is the only upgrade for now. AEP upgrade parts are really expensive and are really hard to come by, I would say the Nineball was worth it though.

Oh and the Nineball spring doesnt really push it very far like 300FPS but what do you expect. Its a entire AEG literally pushed into the palm of your hand. As I take appart the gearbox I really did find it is actually an AEG but way smaller. I would recommend the Nineball if you are really going to pimp out your AEP like I am. I am already ordering 100rd high caps, the new CYMA Rail adapter that just came out, and later a TM prolight (This is a pistol light and a larger batter holder for AEPs)
