My two cents: I think it's fairly obvious to anyone that DHS is having problems getting it's act together, and nonsense like this is sometimes the result. That said, I think a lot of people out there GREATLY under estimate the threats posed to the US from foreign/domestic terrorism. Are these kids terrorists? Of course not. But the gov has to treat all citizens/foreign nationals equally under the law. As I said though, they're still hammering out procedures because they're a new entity.

So DHS has nothing better to do than to stop a few college kids from protesting war? Obviously you can see why we have DHS. It's the reincarnation of the Nazi Office of Fatherland Security. DHS is the biggest enemy of freedom and civil liberties. You see what they're doing here. That's what DHS is about. Eliminating our civil liberties, just like they were doing to these kids. The Bush administration has rubber stamped torture and the media has made it sound moral, so that pretty soon, when we, the american citizens, are the one's DHS is calling terrorists, they can bash our nuts in with a hammer, and rape our 8 year old daughters.
