This is pretty sixties, but NOT twiggy at all. Twiggy did not use lots of white shadow. What she did was black eye liner, and draw "twigs" at bottom lid, double eye lashes at upper lid.

Looks cute but as lunchboxxy said, not exactly the same with Twiggy look. The black parts shouldn't be as faded, this appears a bit more modern and not as graphic. But I like it :)
