If I could get the individual notes you play on the right hand, I may be able to transpose them myself onto the guitar, or get a musically inclined friend to do it for me. I have the technical skill on the guitar to play it- but not the theory knowledge to see what you are doing and transpose it.

Well Guitar Pro 5.0 is what I use. And the name is misleading- you can transcribe notes into it with almost any instrument. Piano, percussion, guitar, synthasizer, vocal, bass... etc etc.. and you'd essentially place in the notes, set the tempo (obviously in the Piano Instrument section) and then with a few button clicks it's transcribed to the electric guitar. I did it with Tay Zonday's 'Chocolate Rain' and several other piano tunes as well. But they all came Guitar Pro beforehand...
