so awesome. when Damon captures Elena to get the book he let her drink blood, so that when he has to kill her, she wouldn't actually die. love Damon to pieces, he is so much better than everyone thinks

@musical0freak I think you missed the point of that scene. Killing Elena after forcing her to drink his blood would have turned her, which is what he was threatening Stefan with. I believe he said something to the effect of "It will be like old times", referring to the Kathrine triangle. I like Damon too, but he certainly had malicious intentions in that scene.

the problem with Damon is, he does things without thinking when he's mad/hurt. so, yes, he had malicious intentions, but when he actually fed her the blood I think he got back into reality and he wasn't going to hurt her.

@TragedyAnne I think the Vampire Diaries gives a LOT of different angles to look at scenes. your POV also makes a lot of sense, but I don't think mine missed the point of the scene... the good thing is: we both agree on the missed goodness in Damon :)

@musical0freak Actually I think he rather did this to get back at Stefan. Damon knows exactly which are his brother's weak points, and threatening to turn Elena is pretty much the worst thing to do. Stefan would never want this destiny for her. Damon is pretty mean in that scene, although when he has the book it seems that he feels really sorry for what he just did. That's really not the best example to demonstrate that there's more to him than it seems at first...it doesn't show his best side..

i know damon is always there to save her and help her urgh and damon is so much cuter then stefan..stefan has a big head and he missed the dancing thats mean and damon was nice enough to take his place i was so happy it brought tears love that part and love this song good job :)
