This appliance is great, but I find it works well if you soak a little fabric (felt is good) in the latex and add this as a layer to the teeth when you are building them up inside the skull mask instead of using the paper suggested here. You can then cut the teeth more easily once you have removed them from the mask, and the appliance is very strong. For a zombie, I wouldn't bother painting the latex at all because it goes a nice yellowish colour when dry and looks like stained teeth.

dear zack there's a easy way to make skin look like bits are falling off just get some rice paper and food colouring or fake blood just soak rice paper in water mixed with food colouring, then take the paper off and "paint" the rice on your skin leave it to dry then you have zombie skin you can even eat it if its mixed with food colouring

i think its best to use the teeth straight from the mask since they really need to be hard as ... well, teeth. And insert something hard into the cheek bones to make them as hard as... well, bone and not floppy like limp noodles. and also use some quality paint/makeup.

im makeing a eye pop-out and brain expose+ a decay mouth, a neck impale like the chest implae but in the neck... then i made the stomach rip out but with some tweaks. the tinfoil holder is the only thing there. i made a hole and applyed lots of liquid latex. bout 25 layers to cover it. then i i made a hole in the middel, a littel rough and put in the intestens so i loks like a open belly thingy. i am gonna get tons of candy!

@adrocks1000 There is one really cheap way to do that. Put a cherry in your mouth and bite down on it. It should give a blood effect. Or take a 20 oz bottle, get 5 packs of red kool-aid and 1 lime and then mix them on a pan, while its hot, then put it in the fridge it gives it a thick look to it
