around 20-25 mph with a 1400 mah battery not a 1200 1.

There is a site called towerhobbies(dot)com that sells pretty much anything you could think of - hobby related. Also, check around for stores called 'hobby shops' near you. Some carry R/C stuff, some don't. You just have to look.
