The GM 5.3 V8 is Flywheel rated at 315hp @5200 and 338tq @4400. In stock form on a chassis dyno they will usually make about 240-250rwhp and 300-320rwtq. This set up was only making around 6psi. The truck gained aproximately 100rwhp and 100rwtq over stock with low boost and a conservative tune for towing.

It had a stock engine and the customer does alot of towing so he didn't want to get aggressive.

how did you only end up with 342hp with TWIN turbos? I think stock ratings on the 5.3L is like 346 or right around that.
