@jezmuff I don't buy that as an excuse. You will get to learn your own metabolism very quickly if it's not very good. When you start getting fat, start exercising more and eating less, until you reach a size you want to be and you find a healthy balance. It still doesn't change the fact that they're taking in more calories than they're burning.
