i think aero on windows 7 now is extremly good. lots of stuff that just makes the machine better. specially whent you have 2 or 3 screens. if i have 10 internet pages open then aero helps me find the page easily within seconds

It's a pretty cool feature, but I prefer the "hide others" in mac, it works a bit smoother and faster, except that there is no command for bringing all the hidden windows back.
