Keep up doing what you're doing, it's definitely working, if you think you have any weak points just hit them twice as hard. i don't know if you should compete, im not a competitive bodybuilder so if you dont this size is perfect, not too big or small.
well i do switch em around every six week to keep them shocks i use to do triceps with chest, and i do some time chest with biceps and some times i do biceps and triceps together every 6-8 weeks
about 200 gram in a day sometimes less its on the day how busy i am but i have to take more. I hit ones in a week. 2 days on one day off 2 days on one day off.
