i have a 1997 nissan maxima, my friend swears up and down that his 06 tiburon gt will destroy my car, he is ignorant enough to say a trailblazer would beat it, but anyway i have thought about swappin a vq35de into my maxima, my car is an automatic, would it be wise to keep an automatic or try to find a manual 2002 or 1997 maxima to race with, and if i keep the 97 what would i need to do in order for the swap to be successful?

hey was the test pipe too long? i just bought the megan racing one and installed it the other day, its like an inch longer than the original cat, i got the same cat back as u, so i figured id ask

Thanks guys, its on bc racing coilovers and nope it didn't rust haha I don't have the car anymore though. Sold it to another member on the forums. I have an 05 Honda s2000 now
