  • Cool change da water but I givin it a thumbs up

  • Mine are like that too and theve been breeding like crazy I have 5 fish so far I might expect more! Im in the third generation so far, looking forward to the

    4th generation! =D

  • 10 gals would be fine. fill the water up with 50% new tap water and 50% of your current tank.

If you have a sponge filter would be perfect, if not then just an air stone.

Second you may need a breeding trap so after the fry are born, the mom can't get to them and eat them.

If you do not have a breeding trap then i would prefer lots of plants so the fry could hide.

After you see the female flatting her stomach, remove her out and raise the fry.

    Good luck.

  • i do have a breeding trap she is in it now i dont have a sponge filter so just a air stone sholud work how munch sholud i clean it out like every day or once a week

  • change 10-20% of water every 2-3 days.

  • thank you vary munch i will tell you when i put up a vid of the fry if they suvie

  • The darker one is prenant. I would prefer you separate her and put in a breeding trap. just well feed her with flake and bloodworms. she will drop anytime soon. If she still in that tank, by the time she drop her fry. all those fries will get eatting by other swords.

Other female in your tank quite not ready yet.

  • think you so what is the best i have an empty 10 gal. tank would be best for after the fry are born would i need to put same water thats in the tank they were born in
