when posting, try to bend you elbows when rising and sitting a little more to give some flexion in the upper body, but keep your hands sterdy while doing it too
and when cantering, just try to reallly relax your hips and follow the motion of you horse so you stick in the saddle a little more,

i agree with NYgoat. your a great rider for only riding for a year and a half. i do have a few tips for ya tho, try to lean back when cntering and have your elbows bend with the flow of bries head/neck going back and forth when he/she is cantering. other than that your amazing ;)
