Guys, After I Finished The Campagin, I Tried To Get This Achievement, I Solved All The Puzzles But The Achievement Won`t Pop Out, Help Me,

@Jockerninja I am not positive but as for some of the acheivements, you have to Complete them before the game is finished. Restart a new game and do them while still in story mode.

@liteduke72 If u mean finding 1 artifact in 2012 its easy. Just leave the animus and go to monteriggioni there should be a church near the gates and inside it is a artifact. Hope this helped at least a little.
