Like most 'reports', one-sided and negative. The Scottish Parliament building in Edinburgh was a perfect example of planning, on schedule and in budget, wasn't it?
@Raiden2550 Oh don't worry, here in Amsterdam they're building a subway line, it should've been completed in 2011 but it'll take till 2017 at now costs 3.1 Million EUR when it was supposed to cost only 1.1!
Ahh very cleverly worded, imply the SNP are to blame without actually saying so. While yet no mention at all of the LibLab politicians who came up with this daft and wasteful idea in the first place.
A trolleybus or guided electric bus system is better in Edinburgh, I think :)
