The layout is absolutely superb. It is very refreshing to see a On30 freelanced layout that has so much realism and attention to detail, like covering gaps at the building foundations, the coloring and weathering, scenery, and not to forget the water scenes. It is getting up there with the likes of the Sundance Central, which is an F scale layout also well done. My hat off to you, this is a real treat to see what you have done.
